Bra,-I am again asking you to sikow me to use your correspondence column with reference to the approaching Flower Show, as the Governor has offered prizes for the best kept gardens in Victoria, on the Peak and in Kow. loon, and this is the surest way of conveying His Excellency's offer to the community, it will be necessary for owners of gardens wishing to compete to send in their names to me before January 10th. The judges would make their inspection visits between January 22nd and 27th (inclusive), and would pay special attention to the neatness of the gardens and the evidenco of personal care and attention.
