Tha German sir. Tautou reports: In the Gulf. of Siam on the coast of Coohin China and of Aum, experienced light southerly winds and ses. On the 3rd May while paing Vau Fong Bay, at about 1.30 pan., sighted a part of the Russian fleet with their transporters at anchor in the bay; further urb, about 12 miles of Her Gom Peniorular (Three Kings), parsed a fleet of 12 Russian bat lesbijs and cruisers, which seemed to slabs off in a north-easterly direction, which would lead to the passage between Paracels and M.cclesfield bank.
