The age limit for Members to be 35-50. 2. The Mambers to undertake not to quit tho Asolation within 1 year of joining it without leave, and to enrol themselves in the event of naessity under the Volunteer Ordinance as the Hongkong Volunteer Reserve Company. Upen onrement Officers of the Company will beHE COMMITTEE of the VICTORIA selected from among the Members and Con- roissioned by the Governo.
3. The Rules of the Association to be framed hy a Committee of Management elected by the. Members from among their own number.
4. The Members to practise Rifle Shooting som to become efficient shots, for which purpos they will be lont Rifles by the General Officer Commanding, and will be supplied with Ammunition at cost price.
5. The use of the Volauteer and Police lange will be reserved for the Association one day in the week, and the Members will bars the right to me the Range at all times when not ofàer- wise occupied.
