Mr. Pollock proceeded to quote the law on the subject, and announced that he was referring to the Old Ordinauers,

Finally, the caso was adjourned to allow of the following point being decided :-Assuming that Li Chang Chow had no knowledge or notice of any available act of bankruptcy on the part of Wong Tat Hing en Barch 4th, 1903, when the money was advanced on the security of the depositing of the shares, does the doctrine of the volation of the Traster A salidate the transaction, if it was bona-fide on the part of Li Chung Chow? It is to be neghed that Wong Tat Hing committed an het of bankruptcy in February 1903, prior to the act upon which the petition was founded. The case was adjourned till to-day.
