A case was called in which Su Kin Shoung, broker, 200, Quoon's Road Central, sund Cheung Wan Chau, 178, Reclamation Stract, for $1,000 damages for malicious proseontion. Mr. CE. H. Bearis, of Messra. Wilkinson & Grist, solicitors, appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. O. D. Thomada, solicitor. for the defendant,
Mr. Thomson put forward as a preliminary objection thatne notice of the action was givon, whereas it should have been given under Section 93 of the Larceny Ordinance.
His Lordship hold that the objection was not good and ordered pleadings. The Court adjourned.
