That in pursuance of the Special Resolutions passed on the 8th day of Decembur, 1900, and confirmed on the 24th day of Decoin- bor, 1900, a Call of Que Dollar per Sharo be made upon all the Holders of Ordinary Shares in the ahore Company, and the same is hereby made. Such Call to be paid to the Bankers of the Company, the Hong- kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, at their premises, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on or before the 20th day of February, 1901."
