The New York Yankees came up with two runs in the 10th inning today to beat the Milwaukee Braves 4-3 and tie the World Series at three games each. Gil Mcdougald led off the Yankee 10th with a home run off losing pitcher Warren Spahn and the New Yorkers went on to score another run before. relief pitcher Don Mcmahon finally got them out. That was the run which won the ball game.
