Copenhagen, May 19. King Frederik and Queen Ingria of Denmark today supervised a point-by-point rehearsal of Tuesday's arrival of Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh for the first slate visit to Denmark by British monarch in four centuries.
