Model Of D-Day Landings

Britain's main contribution to exhibits ut the Arromanches, Normandy, Museum, to be opened next month to com- memorate the freeing of France, will be "Germana view" model of the D-Day landings.

It shows the beach scene 90 minutes after the landings, and has been made, at the request of the Ministry of Supply," by 63-year-old Mr Denny Stokes, of Ealing, ant! a friend, Mr John Greenwood, of Horse Hay, Shropshire.
