Council Appointed To Manage The Softball Association's Affairs

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Softball Association held at the VRC last Tuesday, an amendment to the Constitution providing for the position of
a Commissioner was adopted, and at the same time it was decided that five members would form a Council to manage the affairs of the Association.
