NOTICE is hereby given that the 63rd Ordinary Yearly Meeting of the Company since registration) will be held at the Hong Kong Hotel, Hong Kong, on Friday the 22nd February, 1962, at 11.16 am, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors together with the Stutement of Accounts for the period ended 31st October, 1951, and to elect Directors and appoint auditors;
At 11.30 am. of the same duy at the same place, an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held for the purpose of considering two resolutions fully set out In the Notices convening this Meeting which have been sent to individual shareholders.
