Christmas Programmes Over Radio Hongkong
Radio Hongkong will be on the air all day on Christmas and Boxing Day, and, as space does not allow much detail, we give you a brief outline of the holiday programmes,
Most important of these, is, of course, the now traditional Chri-19us message from His Majesty King George VI to his peoples throughout Lite world. The King's broadleast will be Leard in Hongkong at U o'clock on Christmas night, and will be preceded at !fjum, by a BBC world-wide exchange programare called "The Gifts of Christmas the theme of which this year is the conoribution, in for guest sense, that men make to the service of mansuh. Radio Thongthong
Then at 11.45 p. Play ng The Christmas. Talk by the Dean of St. Paul's Cathedral.
Earlier on Christmas evening, listeners in Hong- kong can hear a short programme from London called "Christmas Bells," in which Stuart Hibberd introduces the pealing of bells in churches over the British fales
and in Bethlehem.
