VISHINSKY REJECTS PLAN FOR GERMANY
"In Conflict With Potsdam And Yalta'

Paris, May 30.
Russia today rejected the Western Powers' plan for a united' federal republic in Germany. Mr. Andrei Vishinsky, the Soviet Foreign Minister, criticised the plan in detail and com- pletely rejected the principles underlying it.
He said that the Western proposals are in conflict with the desires and in- terests of the German people, who want a peace treaty and the end of the occupation.
He further declared that they are in conflict with the Potsdam and Yolto
agreements.
