BRITISH ACCUSATION
Russian Berlin Obstruction BREACH OF AGREEMENT
Berlin, May 25.
Britain, in an official statement issued here today, accused Russia of breaking the four-power Now York agreement to end the blockade by adopting a policy of obstruction.
The statement said: "Whereas the Western powers have scrupulously ob- served the agreement, for the lifting of the restrictions imposed since March, 1948, the Soviet Government hos followed a policy of obstruc- tion even to the imposition of new restrictions, which represent a breach of the New York agreement."
The statement listed a number of alleged restrictive measures.

London, May 25.
The Foreign Office spokesman revealed today that six parsons employed by the British Embassy in Moscow had disappeared and a third had attempted suicido bocause of "parsecution" by the Soviet police.
