The final case on the calendar of the trials of war criminals in Hong Kong ended yesterday when after an adjournment of nearly two hours to consider sentence, the court sentenced one Japanese to death by hanging and three others to varying terms of imprisonment, Omura Kiyoshi and Nishida (❤❤❤❤ Masato were both sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment each, Kawazumi Jun was given 15 veat's and the last accused Yoshioka Elzo was sentenced to death by hanging.

All accused were jointly charged with being concerned in the ill treatment of civilian residents of the New Territories causing physical suffering and death of some.
