Sir Stafford Cripps Tells Commons Why
No Agreement On 1941 Credits

The breakdown in the Anglo-Soviet trade nego- tlations in Moscow was due to the fallure to reach an agreement on the terms of the Soviet repayment of the 1941 credits, Sir Stafford Cripps, President of the Board of Trade, told the House of Commons today. ·
