CARLOS SILVA BACK

Cooler At IN RECREIO TEAM FOR V.R.C. TO-MORROW'S BOWLS

Members of Victoria Recreation Club and their friends who attend the swimming gala between the club and Lai Tsun on Saturday July 12, will be interested to learn that work is in hand for the "opening up" of three of the five windows in the main hall, so that it will be "better ventilated than

ever.

"

Reason for this is because the

that Committee feel

the small windows do not allow for the maximum coolness, especially during dances, and when the work is completed there will be three and two full-length windows small ones opening out from the bail.

It is experted the alterations will be completed before the gala so that those attending the dance that evening, when music will be provided by Mickey's Melody Makers, should find the improve-

mehls most welcome.

WOMEN WHO WANT TO STAY SLIM . . .

can do so by learning to bowl. Bowling furnishes just enough exercise for office workers and home-makers. And it's easi to learn! We'll give you all the instruction you need. Try it to-day.
