This column
should not scare off men and boys who might get help from many of the articles. What I write about scalp and skin care, exercise, scientifle eating for building health, and personality problems, applies to men as well as to women.
Children need attention as well as adults Men as well as women, We all desire to be healthy and attructive in appearance and per- sonality, and any advice which I might cull and report is meant for anyone who can benefit by it.
Men Being Considered
Some very clever person could make a mint of money by opening a salon strictly for men. A place where men might go for scalp or skin treatments, exercise and diet instruction. It is ridiculous to think that men who seek such ad- vice are anything other than sen- sible and virile. Why should a man go about with a bald head, a blemished, itching skin or an over- weight body if he could avoid baving them?
Circumstances of modern living have made us all pay the piper. The lesson we are just beginning to learn is-we cannot beat na- ture. If we live lives that › are overtaxing without getting sunshine, exercise, fresh air and adequate foods, we are bound to suffer. We will be forced to wear eyeglasses, supply our bodies arti- ficially with fuel, buy false teeth early in life and loose our hair. No man or
woman desires all those catastrophes to happen to him or her or their loved ones. So why not seek advice, and fol- low it, which will ensure better health and beauty?
