THEFT OF FAN FROM EUROPEAN
A: 24-year-old car-cleaner, Lai Shing, was charged before Mr. H. G. Sheldon, K.C., this morning, with stealing an electric fan from: car. No. 5503, the property of Mr. Appleyard, of the War Taxation Department.
Luk Kam was charged with receiving the fan.
Defendants were remanded for further enquiries.
