EYE-WITNESS ACCOUNTS of the aero-- plane. disaster yesterday in which three Aus- tralian Cabinet Ministers were killed indicate that the disaster was caused by the machine |stalling (losing flying speed) at a low height
and spinning into the ground.
It is learned officially in Canberra that radio messages were received from the plane during the last flights.
They indicated nothing unusual had oc- curred after leaving Melbourne but were routine reports relating to the machine's posi- tion and progress.
