Det. Sergt. Loughlin said defendant arrived from Shanghai on August 25. His passport had no British visa. He said, however, that he was leaving for Macao the same day, and was allowed to land..
Defendant was found in the Colony on Monday, and when his passport was carefully examined, it was found that it had twenty pages, while the original had only 16 pages. The Portugese Consulate had certified that it was not a, proper passport.
An expulsion order was made against defendant on the first count and he was bound over on the second. Sergel Kandenko, alias George Ed- ward Fernando, 17, was also bound over, and an expulsion order made for a similar offence.
