TO BOMBING INCIDENTS
London, To-day. Unprecedented vehemence and embitterment marks comments in this morning's news- papers on the latest I.R.A. outrages. The "Daily Express" suggests some connection be- tween the outrages and yesterday's House of Commons debate on the anti-Irish legislation. The newsjaper says the outrages were in accord- ance with the “S plan” of which the Home Se- cretary, Sir Samuel Hoare, informed the House of Commons.
Feverish search for the perpetra- tors of yesterday's outrages has not yet met with success.
The press reports that police are looking for a man of about 30 who was seen boarding a train with the greatest haste at King's Cross for the North.
Victoria Station was the scene of much excitement after the ex- plosion.
INJUDICIOUS
Discussing the outrage, an eye- witness declared that the I.R.A. were justified to a certain extent in committing such acts of violence.
A woman who overheard the re- mark demanded from a policeman on duty that the man be arrested.
A large and excited crowd took an active interest and sided with the woman in her demand for the man's arrest.
When the police proved reluc tant to make any move the crowd showed an inclination to lynch
the man.
However, the police intervened and after some difficulty managed to save the supporter of the I.R.A. cause from violence.-Trans-Ocean.

Lord and Lady Horder welcom ed the guests at a reception last night in honour of refugee doctors who are joining the Chinese Red Cross.
The Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Quo Tai-chi, was present.
Lord Horder declared that the doctors were ready to face dan- gers and hardships in the service of China, but were unable to pro- ceed owing to lack of equipment, for which he made a strong ap peal. Reuter.

The Argentine-Government.....has approved the appointment of Gen- eral Quiepo de Llano as Spanish Ambassador in Buenos Aires.
