Mr. Chamberlain Negatives Moscow Visit Suggestion

Asked in the House of Commons yesterday whether he would consider the desirability of making a personal official visit to Moscow, Mr. Neville -Chamberlain said that in present circumstances he did not consider the suggestion would serve a useful purpose.
