MR. ROBERT JOHN OXENHAM, RESIDING AT THE MAR- BLE HALL IN AUSTIN ROAD, WAS AWARDED $500 GENER AL DAMAGES AND $200 SPECIAL DAMAGES, WITH COSTS, BY THE PUISNE JUDGE, MR. JUSTICE R. E. LINDSELL, AT THE SUPREME COURT THIS MORNING.
