French Military Decrees: Control Of Foreign Groups
Paris, To-day.
Two significant French decrees pertaining to the military status of foreigners in France and for- eign organisations were published yesterday in the official gazette.
The first of these states that every foreigner be- tween 10 and 40 years of age may enter one of the French army corps under the usual regula- tions.

DR. SCHACHT'S INDIAN TOUR
Bombay, To day. The former Reichsbank President, Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, who is in India on a private visit, left Bombay for Delhi yesterday, following. sojourn of five days.
The King then replied stating Albanian that he accepted the crown for himself and his succes- sors and promising "the proud, ya- liant Albanian people, order, res- pect of faith, progress, social jus- tice and peace through a mutual defence of the frontiers."
At the conclusion of the au- dience, King Victor Emanuel greet- ed the leading members of the Al- banian delegation and then spoke briefly with the Duce.*
The Albanian delegation were conveyed to the palace in open car- riages through streets thronged with spectators-Trans-Ocean.
