AN official communique issued here at noon yes- terday states that a new incident occurred on the Hungarian-Slovak frontier near the Hun- garian frontier town of Jolsvo, about 50 miles
west of Kaschau.
The statement alleges that Slovak troops crossed the border and open- ed fire on Hungarian frontier guards. The latter returned fire and the Slovaks withdrew.
