SATISFIES MINISTERS
London, To-day.
The Prime Minister's report to the Cabinet on his Rome visit is believed to have followed the gen- eral outlines given by well-informed British circles in Rome at the conclusion of the visit. The Cabinet Ministers appeared to be satisfied with the general effect of the visit, and there seems to remain no doubt in Government circles that the Anglo-Italian Agreement will be carried out entirely.
Regarding Spain, it is under- stood that there is now no chance of the Italian "volunteers" withdrawn until General Franco has won.
