The first pronouncement on the Sudeten German attitude towards the new Czech programme was made by the Sudeten German Deputy, Herr Wollner yesterday at the Harne Thanks- giving Festival in Asch, attended by 10,000 people, including the Sudeten German leader, Karl Henlein.
"Agreement between the Czechs and Sudeten Ger- mans is only possible on a basis of the eight Karlsbad points. A preliminary condition for agreement, however, is that all Czechs that have immigrated into Sudeten German terri- tory since 1918 should return to the places from which they came," declared Herr Wollner.
He then drew attention to the |fact that the Czech Government has secretly had one district after another in Sudeten German territory occupied by soldiers.
