HITLER'S FINAL VIENNA PLEBISCITE SPEECH: MOMENT IN HISTORY
Vienna, To-day. As the closing event of the plebiscite campaign, which for a week has kept the whole of the Ger- man people in a state of excitement, the Fueh- rer made his final appeal to the German na- tion on Saturday night in a speech delivered in the vast hall of the former northwest railway station in Vienna.
