Reorganisation Plan For Kuomintang
Hankow, To-day. Important changes in the or ganisation and personnel of the Central Kuomintang are expert- ed as a result of the decisions of the National Knomintang Con- gress.
The People's Political Council, which the Congress decided to înstitute, it is learned, will pro- bably consist of three represen- tatives from each of the pro- vinces. These will be chosen by the Government, and six candi- dates will be elected by popular vote.
