The Adventure “A”, which will led by Lt. Walsham, the brilliant Navy stand-off-half, should secure an easy victory at the expense of Seaforths "B", and stand and ex- cellent chance of reaching the final.

EASTERN MAY BEAT S. CHINA “A” (By "OUTSIDE LEFT")
AFTER an interval of a fortnight, during which we had the plea
sure of witnessing some-first class soccer from the Islington Corinthians, who incidentally left the Colony to-day for Manila, by the s.s. Tanda, League, or rather Shield soccer will be featured this week-end, with three Senior Shield fixtures to-day, and one to- morrow, all of which should provide some interesting sport.
Kowloon, who will meet the Middlesex Regiment, at home, are reported to have secured the services of Avery, the Corinthians inside-left, who will be in the Colony until March 81 Avery's in- clusion is most likely to add some life into a mediocre attack, and I shouldn't be surprised to see the Civilian team enter the next
round.

ONE JUNIOR SHIELD
MATCH TO-DAY
A very good Junior Shield football match should be witnessed on the K.F.C. ground at 2.80 p.m. to-day when the Portuguese Sporting Associa tion, winners of the Third Division of the League, clash with the Seaforth Highlanders.
As the Scots will have the services of both their Second and Third Division teams, they should be able to field a team strong enough to fully extenä the Portuguese, if nat entry into the next round.
secure
The Middlesex Regiment, how- ever, have improved by leaps and bounds and on the present form of their outstanding men, which include Watson and Sheehan, at full-back, Bright, at centre-half, and Grogan, Pearson and Saw, in their attack, they stand an ex- cellent chance of winning the Shield.
The Seaforths, who have but dis- played indifferent form lately, are not likely to succeed against the hitherto unbeaten South China "B", who are fielding their best team, while the Royal Navy should experi- ence little difficulty against the Kowloon Chinese.
EASTERN MAY WIN To-morrow South China “A” will clash with Eastern, in their Senior Shield fixture and an exciting en- counter should ensue.
