The large-scale `seamen's strikes in Marseilles and Le Havre ended yesterday almost as soon as they had begun.
Following a conference with the Premier, M. Leon Blum, himself, the delegates of the Marseilles and Le Havre seamen's unions said they consider- ed the strikes at the two ports had ended.
