KING AND QUEEN'S SURPRISE TOUR OF NORTH LONDON AREA

The Hong Kong Electric Company informed the "China Mail" this morning that during May 12 when Hong Kong's illuminations were on fully for the the Coronation festivities; output was 2,500 kilowatts grea- ter than normal.

Swastika Flag Torn Down And Burned
Jerusalem, Today. The German swastika flag, which was-flown alongside the Union Jack by the German Bank in Jaffa, in honour of the Coronation, was torn down and burned by an unknown person.
Bank officials hoisted another flag while the authorities placed police- men on duty outside the building.
