IMPERIAL CONFERENCE

Meeting At St. James's EMPIRE DEFENCE PRINCIPAL ITEM ON THE AGENDA

Foreign affairs and defence are the principal items on the agenda of the Imperial Conference, which opens at St. James' Palace this morning.

These subjects will be discussed mainly by the heads of the various Empire delegations, and the debate is expected to last for some time.
