PRESIDING at the annual meeting of the
Hong Kong Amateur Billiards Association last evening, held in the Board Room of the South China Morning Post, Ltd., Mr. E. D. da Roza, the retiring president, made an appeal to billiards players in the Colony, especially those belonging to the Chinese Clubs, to support the Association by enrolling as members of the Association.
