Europeans Held Up In Customs Pass
Man Shot Twice At Point-Blank Range
MR. PEACOCK'S NARROW ESCAPE
A party of Europeans had a terrifying experience when they were held up by robbers while hiking through Customs Pass yes- terday afternoon. They were Mr. Albert Victor Peacock, aged 139, of No. 45c, Peking Road, Kowloon, his wife and two children. Mr. Peacock was shot twice and was taken to the Kowloon Hos- pital with bullet wounds in the chest and thigh.
