London, To-day. Parliament reassembled yester- day afternoon after the long sum- mer vacation to complete the work of the present session, which will probably end in November 16. The new session will be opened by His Majesty the King in State on No- vember 20,
The measures remaining to be disposed of before the present | session ends include the incite- ment to disaffection bill, the bet- ting and lotteries bill, and the electricity supply bill, which are, all of considerable domestic im- portance.
There was a large attendance of members when the House of Commons assembled, and a. welcoming cheer was, given from sil siden of the House when the Leader of the Opposition. Mr.) George Lansbury, appeared for the first time since his prolonged illness.
