The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, is engaged in a careful} study of a mass of paper connected with the Ottawa Conference and is in consulation with his advisers re- garding the work of, the House of Commons which, when it meets, will deal with legislation required by the agreements reached at the Confer- ence:
