Information has been received from the Japanese Post Office that the Siberian malli held up by foods In Manchuria have now been diverted from the Chinese Eastern Railway and forwarded by the Northern Route to Vladivostock. The homeward mail is forwarded by the Northern route from Vladivostock but no such interruption has occurred. This route however give a weekly instead of the nor mal bi-weekly service and the time of transit is several days long-
