New Submarine Escape
Apparatus.
Preliminary tests of new methods of using the "lung," the American Navy's submarino escape device, have indicated the feasibility of evacuating the crow of a disabled submarine in a quarter of the time heretoforo considered practicable, writes Rex Collier.
