ernor, of one Lot of Crown Land at Tai Kok Tsui, in the Colony of Hong Kong, for a term of 75 years, with the option of renowal at a Crown Rent to be fixed by the Surveyor of His Majesty the King. the piece or parcel of ground as for one further torm of 75 years shown coloured red on a plon signed by the Director of Public Works and dated 9th November, 1931, and subject to the conditions which can be ascertained. at the office of the Director of Public Works.
Upset annual fee $4,950.
Each tender must bo accom- panied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fidea of his offer,, which sum shall be forfalted to the Crown in the event of the tenderer, whose tender is accepted, refusing to carry out the terms and conditions of his tender.
