DEVELOPMENT SYNDICATE (sometimes called the China Guano Company) was started in November, 1930, and it is this firm that the Company is being formed to carry un with a larger cupital.,
The business Is the manufacturs in Hong Kong of Fertilizers and the sale of Fertilizera in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere und such other busi- ness as the Directors may from time to time decide.
The Directora confidently hope that after the first year of business the Company's Fertilizers will be firmly established in the market and that the Company will then muke at least 20 per cent, per annum net on the paid up capital with greater profits as the business increases.
