His Worship remarked that he could not conviet the accused on the present charge. -
The case was again brought up this morning when His Worship decided that the original charge, that of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of 1895 was quite correct and met the requirements, of the case.
A fine of $7, with the alternative |
of 10 days' imprisonment was imposed.
