Bombay, June 20. What promises to be a prime sensation is being investigated by the Calcutta C.LD., who have al-' ready arrested man named Minion, and are believed to be about to arrest a number of other Europeans and Anglo-Indians, to- day or to-morrow.

The complainants are Janaki Saran Agarwalla, of Meerut, Lala Rattan Lall, of Agra, and Premchand Katawan, of Katiawar, who allege that they have been cheated by a Calcutta firm known ns Messrs. Miller, Blyth and Co., Chao-hsin (at present Commission-of No. 32, Free School-street.
