The "Sea Belle II" will fly the Blue Ensign with the Colony's Arms emblazoned on the fly. It yet remains to be decided what will be done with the old yacht. She is in such a worn out state that she will probably be sold for scrap. Her boilers have had their day.
From the yard of the Rotter- dam Dry Dock Co., the motor tanker "President Francqul" was launched on January 17, to the order of the Com. Financiere Belge des Petroles. She carries about 6,750 tons and will have an 1850 b.h.p. Harland-P. and W. engive.
