NO ALOCHOL FOR MINORST.

An echo of the morality cam- paign in Budapest is heard in the present debate in Parliament, over the Minister of Welfare's motion to prohibit the sale of alochol to men under the age of twenty-one. It is also suggested? that minors shall not be permit ted to consume alocholic drinks! in public, even in the company of their parents. It is stated that In the grape-growing districts children habitually drink wine and adversely affect their mental development.

The motion is arousing much antagonfam among vineyard-own ers and wino-sellers.
