An unusual accident occurred oni the Praya at Kennedy Town at about 7.30 this morning, as the re- sult of which a Sanitary Board lorry is now lying in the harbour, while a coolie was taken to the Government Civil Hospital suffer- ing from compound fracture of both legs and the right arm.
