(rub through grater)

1/4 Cup Flour

3 Eggs

Cup Butter

1 Cup Milk

Salt, paprika, onion juice.

Prepare a white sauce with flour, butter and milk, add cheese and cook, stirring until thick. Add yolks of eggs, 3%1⁄2 tea- spoons salt, paprika to taste and 1 teaspoonful onion juice, Mix carefully and fold in stiffly beaten whites of the 3 eggs. Turn into greased baking dish, and not in a pan of water in a hot oven. Bake until firm.
