THE CHINA MAIL..
Requests were recently made by the Kowloon Residents' Asso- clation and the Association of Subscribers to the Kowloon Tong building scheme for a special bus service for the convenience of Kowloon Tong residents, and it is understood that arrangements have now been made by the Kow- loon Motor Bus Company to run buses to the estate during the rush hours. of the day, Particu- lar attention will be paid to the transportation of offltegoers re- siding in Kowloon Tong, in the morning, while the same facility is repeated in the evening.
Beginning from this morning, reserved buses will go into Kow- loon Tong estate vin Montague Ede Road. They will stop at Ede Park, make a circuit there, and [come out again by the same road to Prince Edward Road, thence to Star Ferry. Five such buses will go into the estate every morning, their respective departing times from Kowloon Tong being 8, 8.15, 8.30, 8.45 and 9 a.m. In the even- ing between 5 and 6 pm, every Route No. 6 bus (with the excep- tion of the big ones which are difficult to run into the estate on account of their size) leaving Star Ferry to Kowloon City, will go into the Kowloon Tong estate as
