The Dollar Stearnship Line har leased the new Erie Railroad Pior No. 9, effective June 1, 1927, up to May 31, 1930.

This is the most complete and up to date Pier in New York Harbour There are tw decks, the lower bi-sorted by depressed railroad tracks running the full length of the Pier, enabling the Line to load to, and discharge direct from cars. The upper deck will be reached by a ramp or viaduct, so that trucks teams and motor cars may drive from the street level on to and off the upper deck.
